Jackery Explorer 300

A packable 293Wh station for phones, lights, and a laptop on a camping weekend. The published sheet rates it at 300W continuous, so it is not a fridge-for-the-weekend machine.

What the numbers mean

Capacity is 293 Wh. That is enough for phones, lights, and a laptop on a short trip — not a fridge overnight. Treat “days of phone charge” on the carton as marketing until the load is named.

Continuous output is 300 W. That is the limit for what you can plug in at once. Surge is listed at 500 W. A fridge start-up can exceed continuous watts even when the watt-hour number looks fine.

Weight is 7.1 lb (3.2 kg). Light enough to take from the car to camp without making the station the heaviest thing in the kit. Solar input is listed at 100 W. Wall charge is usually faster than a folding panel in real sun.

Carton runtime claims stay marketing until the load is named. How we read the sheet.

Outlets

2 AC (pure sine), 60W USB-C PD, 2 USB-A, 12V car port.

Inverter waveform on the published sheet: pure sine. Chemistry: lithium-ion.

Skip if

You only need overnight phone charge — a power bank is lighter. Skip also if you need to run a compressor fridge or anything near 300W for long stretches.
