Method

Pack Current reads manufacturer sheets and amazon.com listings, then matches a station to a job. It does not run timed discharge tests, and it does not rank products by the most optimistic carton claim.

What a pick uses

Watt-hours for how long a named load can run, in a rough estimate that leaves headroom for inverter losses. Continuous watts for what will start and stay on. Weight for whether you can actually move the thing. Solar input watts if you said you want a panel. Outlets only when the job needs a specific socket, such as a 30A RV inlet.

What a pick is not

It is not a lab runtime. When this site talks about a fridge lasting a night, that is an estimate against a named wattage, not a measured discharge. Surge and “boost” or “lifting” modes are quoted from the sheet and treated as peak paths, not a second continuous rating.

Skip rules

A station that cannot start the load is not a pick. A station that is too heavy for the carry you named is not a pick, even if the watt-hours look generous. A power bank is the honest answer when the job is only phones.

What never picks the product

Amazon star rating, review count, sponsored rank, and commission rate. Find-a-station only sees the stations listed on this site.
