EcoFlow RIVER 2 Max
The 512Wh class is where a small 12V or ~60W compressor fridge starts to make sense for a night or two. Continuous output on the sheet is 500W; the 1000W figure is X-Boost, not a second inverter.

What the numbers mean
Capacity is 512 Wh. A small ~60W compressor fridge that averages 30–40W while cycling can last a night in this class. A full-size kitchen fridge is the wrong load for these packs.
Continuous output is 500 W. That is the limit for what you can plug in at once. Surge is listed at 1,000 W, with a boost/lifting figure of 1,000 W on some sheets. A fridge start-up can exceed continuous watts even when the watt-hour number looks fine.
Weight is 13.3 lb (6.0 kg). That is a two-hand carry from the car, not a backpack item. Solar input is listed at 220 W. Wall charge is usually faster than a folding panel in real sun.
Carton runtime claims stay marketing until the load is named. How we read the sheet.
Outlets
AC outlets, USB-C, USB-A, 12V car port.
Inverter waveform on the published sheet: pure sine. Chemistry: LiFePO4.

You need a full-size kitchen fridge through a blackout, or you want to keep this on a trail with a daypack. At 13.3 lb it is a two-hand carry from the car, not a backpack item.
