EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus vs DELTA 3
Updated October 15, 2026
Short answer: the Plus is worth it if you’ll charge from solar a lot. If you mostly charge from the wall, we’d stick with the DELTA 3.
They’re twins for capacity and output. Both hold 1,024Wh, both are rated 1,800W continuous with 3,600W surge, and EcoFlow lists both at 27.6 lb. The big difference is solar: the Plus takes up to 1,000W across two 500W inputs, double the DELTA 3’s 500W.

When we’d pick the EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus
The DELTA 3 Plus makes sense if you’ve got, or plan to buy, a bigger panel setup. EcoFlow says 1,000W of solar fills it in about 70 minutes in ideal sun, and it takes up to 1,500W from the wall.
When we’d pick the EcoFlow DELTA 3
The DELTA 3 makes sense if your panels add up to 500W or less, or you mostly top up from the wall. You get the same runtime and the same outlets for your fridge and lamps.
One thing to keep in mind: solar ratings are ideal-sun figures. Real panels give you less once heat, cloud and a low sun get involved.
